Privacy policy
We collect the minimum required to run an engagement: a name, corporate email, company, optional mobile number, and the qualification answers you choose to give us. That is the whole of it.
What we do with it
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare your blueprint call.
- Deliver contracted services if you engage us.
- Send service-related updates. No newsletter, no resale, no ad retargeting lists.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon and transmitted over TLS. Access is limited to named team members with individual credentials. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data — ever, under any commercial pressure.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to partnerships@apexscale.com. We respond within 30 days. Our legitimate interest basis is the enquiry you initiated; if you are a California resident, you may exercise CCPA rights using the same address.
Analytics
We use aggregate, cookieless page analytics. No cross-site profiles are built and no third-party advertising pixels are loaded on this site.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are purged after 24 months. Client records are retained for the term of the agreement plus the statutory period.
Terms of engagement
These terms describe how Apex Scale works with clients. They are a summary; each engagement is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement that prevails over this page.
Scope
We produce, edit, and distribute short-form video across a portfolio of branded accounts that we operate on your behalf. We do not buy media, run paid advertising, or manage your personal verified profile.
Ownership
You own everything. Accounts, followings, source footage, edits, captions, and analytics access vest to you from the first day of the engagement. Credentials are held by you; we operate with delegated access that can be revoked instantly.
Term and termination
Engagements run for twelve months, reviewed quarterly. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and a cure period. On termination, all assets transfer in full at no additional cost.
Fees
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance, or annually at the discount shown on the rate card. The guarantee is included in the retainer — it is never a paid add-on.
Compliance
We operate within the published terms of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Where a platform changes policy, we adapt the portfolio rather than the rule. Clients may not direct us to publish content that infringes third-party rights, misrepresents identity, or breaches platform policy.
Claims and figures
View figures on this site are drawn from platform-native analytics for named engagements. Modelled projections in the ROI section are estimates, clearly labelled as such, and are not promises of business outcome.
Security & compliance
Access
Account credentials are stored in an encrypted vault with per-person access, hardware-key multi-factor authentication, and quarterly access reviews. No credential is shared over email or chat.
Infrastructure
Client footage is held in encrypted object storage with versioning. Publishing is performed from dedicated real-device infrastructure on US-managed networks, not from emulators or proxies.
Incident response
Suspected compromises trigger a documented response: containment within one hour, client notification within 24 hours, written post-mortem within five business days.
Data handling
Least-privilege by default. Production data is never copied to personal devices. Vendors with access to client data are reviewed annually against a written security appendix.
Insurance
General liability and professional indemnity coverage is maintained for all engagements. Certificates are available under NDA on request.
The Apex Performance Guarantee
Every engagement carries a contractual view floor, measured against verified platform-native analytics within a twelve-month window.
How the floor is set
- Tier floors begin at 5M views (Signal) and reach 100M views (Sovereign).
- Enterprise floors of 250M–500M are modelled against your existing footprint.
- Views are counted once per asset impression, de-duplicated across platforms.
What happens if we miss
If the portfolio closes the term below the contracted floor, we continue all production, editing, and distribution at 100% our own cost until the floor is met. There is no second invoice, no renegotiation, and no fee for the remediation period. You keep publishing throughout.
What the guarantee is not
It is a reach guarantee, not a revenue guarantee. We control distribution; we cannot control your offer, pricing, market, or sales follow-up. Any partner promising a revenue outcome in a contract is describing something they cannot deliver.
Verification
Reporting is issued monthly with screen-recorded platform analytics on request. Clients and their advisors retain direct read access to every account at all times.
